engineers, contractors, clients, governments or other professionals.
The
International Construction Seminars address the FIDIC international
standard forms of contract. The 1999 series of FIDIC forms - Construction,
Plant and Design-Build, EPC Turnkey and Short Form - are addressed
in workshop-based seminars led by two well-known legal and engineering
authorities, both of whom have published books on the FIDIC contracts.
The
International Arbitration Seminars are addressed by an international
team of arbitration experts and focus on the tools and tactics necessary
to win international arbitrations. The ICC and UNCITRAL arbitration
rules are considered together with the practicalities of winning
arbitrations under the LCIA and AAA regimes.
