About the Seminar

The International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) has, over the years, issued a number of standard documents for use on construction projects. The Design and Build contract which is currently in most common use around the world is: The Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design Build (The Yellow Book).

This special two-day seminar has been designed to provide a detailed insight into the presentation and analysis of claims under the FIDIC Yellow Book 1999. The programme has been designed to be highly practical and includes active participation in “hands-on” workshops and discussion sessions.

The seminar leaders are highly experienced in the use of the FIDIC Contracts.
