A Practical Guide to Dispute Adjudication Boards under FIDIC Conditions of Contract

What is this workshop about?

This special two-day event has been designed to provide an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the principles, framework and workings of Dispute Adjudication Boards in the FIDIC Contracts and the application of Dispute Board rules and procedures.

This workshop clearly explains the procedures and application of the Dispute Adjudication requirements under these contracts, providing a comprehensive understanding of DAB processes and procedures, together with in-depth practical knowledge and problem solving scenarios.

This FIDIC Contracts Module 3 DAB Workshop programme has been designed to be highly practical and includes active participation in ‘hands-on’ workshops and discussion sessions. The workshop leaders are highly qualified in their experience of DABs and the FIDIC Contracts

is the founder of Corbett & Co International Construction Lawyers specialising in International Construction Law and Dispute Resolution


Taner Dedezade
is a barrister who specialises in FIDIC Contracts and Dispute Resolution at Corbett & Co International Construction Lawyers Ltd.


Leo Grutters
is a Civil Engineer and a Dispute Resolution Expert with nearly 30 years of professional experience.


Aisha Nadar
is a Contract and Dispute Resolution Consultant and has for over 25 years been actively involved in all phases of negotiation and implementation of large-scale cross-border infrastructure programs.


James Perry
is a US trained civil engineer and lawyer (District of Columbia Bar) who has been working internationally since 1988 and Past President of Region 2 of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).
