The fee is £995 per delegate plus value added tax where applicable and should be paid in GBP. For 2nd and subsequent delegates, the fee is reduced to £895 plus value added tax where applicable.The full fee is payable in advance of the event.
What the fee includes: the fee includes 2 days’ tuition plus the cost of all lunches, refreshments, tuition and Cornerstone documentation as well as a certified course completion certificate. The fee does not include transport, visas, overnight accommodation or FIDIC contracts books.
The FIDIC contracts books
Three FIDIC contracts books are required for the seminars
- The FIDIC Red book @ £30 GBP
- The FIDIC Silver book @ £30 GBP
- The FIDIC Yellow book @ £30 GBP
If you do not already possess these, they can be ordered from FIDIC directly of from Cornerstone Seminars when registering, who will bring the books to the seminar for you. You will need to have these FIDIC contracts books in order to follow the seminar training.

3. By cheque
If you need to pay by cheque, payment may be made in GB Pounds, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to Cornerstone Seminars.

Timing of Payment
Payment of the fee is due in advance of the event. Cornerstone Seminars reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received in advance of the event.
Invoices & Receipts
Invoices and/or receipts are issued to all delegates.
Cornerstone Seminars’ VAT number is GB 609 1754 36. If applicable, VAT is added at the standard prevailing rate. VAT invoices will be issued.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Refunds (less 10% cancellation charge to cover administration costs) will be made for cancellations received in writing by the organisers no later than 14 days before the event. After this date it is regretted that refunds of fees will not be made. Substitutions can be made at any time.
Payment for In-house Workshops
Payment of in-house seminar fees must be received in full no later than 1 Calendar Month in advance of the in-house seminar. There are no exceptions to this. Cornerstone Seminars reserves the right to cancel the event if payment has not been received by this date.
