Particular expertise in complex international arbitration and specialist knowledge of the FIDIC forms of construction contract. Formerly with Masons (now Pinsent Masons) and Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith Freehills). Qualified in both England and Wales and Hong Kong.

Victoria is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and is in the Executive Group of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) UK. She is partnered with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Training and is working closely with the ICE Law and Contracts examination panel to update the ICE’s portfolio of eLearning courses which she first developed in 2016. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Victoria writes Practice Notes for Lexis PSL on the FIDIC Forms of Contract, and contributes to other publications including ‘Light At The End Of The Tunnel? Gibraltar Dispute Reviews Key FIDIC Yellow Book Provisions’ ICLR  506. In March 2019 Victoria spoke on FIDIC at the DRBF Central and Eastern European Conference in Bucharest. In May 2019 Victoria discussed trends in standard forms of contracts at the International Construction Contracts Conference in Prague and presented a workshop at the DRBF 19th Annual International Conference in Berlin. An acknowledged FIDIC expert, Victoria presents leading FIDIC training for Cornerstone Seminars.
